The location of the hotel (on a small lake) and the fact that it is closed to a number of facilties e.g. restaurants, trams etc.
The room is comfortable and nicely appointed. Breakfast buffet provided many good choices. Personnel is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is in the parking lot of a large shopping mall. This is very handy for shopping, but the location is otherwise not very nice.
The hotel is very cozy, clean and rooms are very nice. We took the benefit of the promotion at Booked.net that offered excellent price.
Breakfast is not included into the price and we decided not to pay 20eur per person and go elsewhere instead. And just around the corner there is an excellent Italian place called Gina, that is also opened for breakfast. We had fresh orange juice, fried eggs with bacon, lots of bread, hot croissants, pastries, jams, great Italian coffee, etc.. for just 8.5eur per head with the view to the pond.
the big space for parking and free! the friendly people in the breakfastroom
the price for breakfast was a bit high
Water kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room is a big improvement. Free use of the business centre for hotel guests is also an improvement - if the computer works.
Business centre computer was still out of order. Noisy elevator. Still no ramp by the entrance for people arriving/departing with heavy luggage (what about wheelchair users, or baby prams?)! This is a disadvantage for a hotel.
Breakfast very expensive 20€ per person!!!
I was good but the breakfast was very expensivthe coffeshop on the lake offers a very good breakfast with a very good price
Closeness to shops, nice setting with the lake, easy access from motorway.
Breakfast price too high.
Effective assistance from the staff
saff were very accommodating, breakfast in bed option and bath. located near a small loch at back which was relaxing.
They welcomed pets and even provided a small treat for our pet upon arrival. Comfortable bed. Nonsmoking rooms. Exercise room, but limited equipment. Breakfast buffet with cereal, fruit, yogurt, breads, eggs, sausage, cheese and reasonable price. Lots of parking. At least 3 restaurants/cafes are just a few feet from the hotel and offer better prices. The evening meal in the restaurant was good, but way overpriced. Offered an upgrade to lakeside room at checkin. Would not stay here based upon price (rooms overpriced), but would stay here again based upon acceptance of pets, parking, and nonsmoking rooms.
Restaurant was very pricy, portions extremely small, unattentive waiters after serving the meal, and overcharged, so check your bill. Most staff made you feel welcome but others made you feel like an inconvenience. Upgrade charges to lakeside (superior) room is pricy but the view nice. Although charges were waived at checkout, when calling the billing office regarding another issue, lakeside charges were put back onto the bill, so be prepared for inconsistencies. Would not recommend hotel for a family or someone on a budget or looking for a bargain or reasonably priced weekend getaway. Not really a family hotel; ok for business or someone who is there for a city trip over the weekend and isn't on a budget.
Friendliness over the staff, view over a small lake with fountains and very close to many restaurants, shopping center, public transport.
Though they have given the rooms a lick of paint to make it look a bit more fresh and updated, the furniture is still old and tired looking, it could do with an upgade. Also for the price you pay per night 160 Euro, you expect a nice bath robe in your room, and that was missing.
